Transfer 10% deposit into Vendor’s solicitor trust account.

Mortgage

We suggest you to prepare your mortgage application about three to six months prior to the settlement date. We can also provide referral of banks and financial advisors to you.

Completion

You will make the final payments & stamp duties on the day of settlement. Transaction is now completed and you have the ownership of your property.
