Find the right property and pay a reservation fee in order to reserve your preferred property.
The vendor’s solicitor will draft the Contract of Sale. After reviewing the contract, your solicitor will undertake due diligence and prepare a full legal report.
Sign & Exchange Contract
Once your solicitor and you agree and sign the contract, your solicitor will exchange contracts with the vendor’s solicitor.
Contracts will be issued and your solicitor will request the funds required for exchange.
We suggest you to prepare your mortgage application about three to six months prior to the settlement date. We can also provide referral of banks and financial advisors to you.
You will make the final payments & stamp duties on the day of settlement. Transaction is now completed and you have the ownership of your property. Your solicitor will register the property with the Land Registry.
