Provision of personal data is on a voluntary basis. Failure to supply such personal data may result in us being unable to provide our services.

We may use the personal data provided by the customers for the purpose of:
(a) provision of real estate agency services;
(b) direct marketing of the real estate agency services;
(c) compliance with the applicable laws, rules and regulations as well as the guidelines, practice circulars, code of ethics and practice directions issued by the regulatory authorities and applicable to our company.
4. Use of Personal Data
We intend to use the name and contact details (including telephone number, fax number, email and/or correspondence address) of the customers for direct marketing of the real estate agency services provided.
5. Sharing of Personal Data
We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.
6. Web Logs
When you visit our website, the webserver makes a record of your visit that includes your source IP address, access time, URL, browser type and your device type (webserver access log). We may use the webserver access log for the purpose of maintaining and improving our website such as to determine the optimal screen resolution, which pages have been most frequently visited etc. We do not use, and have no intention to use the visitor data to personally identify anyone.
